Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy

Payment Schedule:

Down Payment (DP): A 40% DP is required upon confirmation to lock ground arrangements [01N_57]. This must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival, after which an official invoice is generated via email [01N_57].
If the 40% DP fails to reach the account within 7 days prior to arrival, the tour is automatically canceled [01N_57].
Balance Payment: The full remaining balance must be completely settled no later than 3 days before arrival [01N_57].

Cancellation Policy:

More than 10 days before arrival: No additional fees or penalties apply for guest-requested cancellations [01N_57].
Less than 10 days before arrival (after DP paid): Only a 10% refund of the total down payment received will be issued [01N_57].
