By accessing the website at https://zfbtravel.com/, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ZFB Travel's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
   1. modify or copy the materials;
   2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
   3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ZFB Travel's website;

2. Further, ZFB Travel does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall ZFB Travel or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ZFB Travel's website, even if ZFB Travel or a ZFB Travel authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequentia l or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

ZFB Travel does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. ZFB Travel may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However ZFB Travel does not make any commitment to update the materials.

ZFB Travel has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by ZFB Travel of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

ZFB Travel may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Airline, Cruise, and Third-Party Supplier Disruptions

Airlines, cruise lines and cruise operators, hotels, ground operators, transport providers, and other suppliers operate independently of ZFB Travel. A supplier may make an error or omission, fail to provide a confirmed service, or cancel, delay, reschedule, reroute, or otherwise change a service because of negligence, operational requirements, conflict, airspace or port closure, weather, government action, safety or security concerns, or another event beyond our reasonable control.

1. If a disruption affects a package, we may reasonably adjust, replace, shorten, extend, or rearrange the itinerary according to the services available. We will inform affected travellers as soon as reasonably practicable after we receive confirmed information from the supplier.
2. For a cruise package, the cruise line or operator may change the vessel, sailing date or time, route, port of embarkation or disembarkation, or ports of call; omit or substitute a port; shorten or extend the sailing; or cancel it. Any refund or compensation for the cruise fare, port charges, shore excursions, accommodation, transfers, or other affected components is subject to this clause and the cruise supplier's terms.
3. If the traveller accepts an airline's replacement flight or otherwise continues with the tour, there is no automatic full or pro-rata refund for any day, hotel night, meal, activity, transfer, or other package service lost or unused because of the disruption. This applies where the relevant amount has already been paid, committed, used, or is non-refundable under the supplier's terms.
4. Any refund for an affected component is limited to the amount actually returned or credited to ZFB Travel by the relevant supplier and attributable to the traveller. We will pass that amount to the traveller after it is received and verified. No amount will be retained where applicable law requires it to be refunded.
5. ZFB Travel is not required to pay a refund, compensation, or supplier-caused loss from its own funds where the amount cannot be recovered from the responsible supplier. This limitation does not apply to a loss directly caused by our own act, omission, or negligence, or where applicable law provides otherwise.
6. Where the airline offers a choice between rerouting and a ticket refund, the traveller retains any rights provided by applicable aviation consumer law. Choosing a ticket refund may prevent the traveller from joining the tour and does not make separately committed hotel, ground-service, or other supplier costs refundable.
7. Any additional accommodation, transport, meals, fare difference, visa, or other cost caused by the disruption is payable by the traveller unless the responsible supplier, travel insurer, or applicable law covers it.

We will provide reasonable assistance with a claim against the responsible supplier, but the supplier controls its investigation, approval, refund amount, and processing time. Travellers are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers flight or cruise cancellation, delay, itinerary changes, curtailment, missed connections, additional expenses, and supplier failure.

This clause applies to bookings confirmed on or after 13 August 2026 and is subject to all non-excludable rights under Malaysian law.

9. Technology

This website and its booking management system are powered by WauHub, a comprehensive travel agency software solution.

The payment processing is handled by Chip-in.asia, a secure payment processing platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
