Booking is straightforward. Tell us where you want to go, how many people are coming, and what dates you're looking at. We'll send you a quote based on the distance, duration, and whether it's a day trip or overnight journey. Our pricing includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, and for bus bookings, a licensed tour guide as well.
For VIP van trips to Thailand, we handle the cross-border logistics. Our drivers know the Sadao checkpoint procedures and can guide you through immigration. We typically recommend starting early morning to avoid border queues. For multi-day trips, we'll coordinate rest stops, meal breaks, and accommodation if you need help with bookings.
Most groups book at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and school holidays when our buses and vans are in high demand. But if you've got a last-minute trip, give us a call anyway. We'll do our best to accommodate. We've pulled together same-week bookings for urgent company events before.
Payment is usually split: deposit to confirm the booking, balance before departure. We accept bank transfer and can provide you with a proper invoice and receipt for your company or school's accounting needs. As a MOTAC-licensed operator, everything is above board.
