Terms & Conditions

• Validity: Net Agent Rates are valid until 20 December 2026 (LOW SEASON).
• Child Rates (02 – 10 Years): 100% sharing room with adults, 90% with an extra bed, and 60% with no bed.
• Infants (Under 02 years old): Free of Charge (FOC).
• Free Of Charge (FOC) Policy: Minimum 15 Paying Adults grants 01 FOC Twin Share; Minimum 20 Paying Adults grants 01 FOC Single Room.
• Surcharges: Surcharges apply during Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas, and New Year periods.
• Price Fluctuations: Rates are subject to changes due to currency exchange fluctuations.

Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy

• Down Payment (DP): A 40% DP is required once the guest confirms as a guarantee for the tour. This must be completed no later than 10 days before arrival, and an invoice will be sent via email.
• If the DP is not received within 7 days prior to the tour, the booking will be considered canceled.
• Balance Payment: The remaining full balance must be completely settled no later than 3 days before the guest’s arrival in Indonesia.

• More than 10 days before arrival: No additional charges apply for cancellations made at the guest's request.
• Less than 10 days before arrival (after DP paid): A refund of 10% of the amount already paid will be issued.
• Last-minute cancellation (after full payment): The tour is considered confirmed and no refund will be issued.
