Day 01: Lombok Arrival – Sasak Tour – Mataram (Lunch, Dinner)

Upon arrival at Lombok International Airport, meet and greet with our professional guide.
Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.
Start your exploration at Sukarare Village, renowned as the central hand-weaving hub of Lombok, where you can try weaving and try on authentic Sasak marriage costumes for photos.
Discover original thatch-roofed architecture and learn about preserved customs at Sade or Ende Traditional Sasak Village.
Visit the wide, white sandy crescent bays of Tanjung Aan Beach and Kuta Mandalika Beach.
Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant before checking in to your hotel in Mataram.

Day 02: Lombok – Sumbawa by Ferry – Transfer Hotel (Breakfast)

Breakfast at the hotel and check out.
08:00 AM: Transfer directly to Kayangan Harbor (approx. 2.5 hours) to catch the public ferry across to Poto Tano Harbor in Sumbawa (approx. 1.5–2 hours ferry crossing).
Upon arrival in Sumbawa, continue driving to your hotel (approx. 2–3 hours drive).
Free program to rest at your hotel (lunch and dinner today are on your own arrangement).

Day 03: Whale Shark Excursion (Breakfast, Lunch)

02:00 AM: Early morning pickup from your hotel to depart for Labu Jambu Village (approx. 2 hours drive).
04:00 AM: Arrive at Labu Jambu Harbor and board a local boat equipped with pillows, blankets, and mattresses.
05:30 AM: Reach the whale shark spotting destination, where the boat crew will attract the gentle giants near the surface by feeding them baby fish.
06:00 AM: Dive into an unforgettable snorkeling and swimming experience alongside wild whale sharks in their natural habitat.
09:00 AM: Depart from the spotting location and head back to Labu Jambu Harbor.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and return to your hotel for a free afternoon to relax (dinner is at your own expense).

Day 04: Sumbawa – Transfer to Lombok – Senggigi (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Breakfast at the hotel and check out.
08:00 AM: Drive to Poto Tano Harbor (approx. 2–3 hours) and take the public ferry back to Kayangan Harbor in Lombok.
12:00 PM: Arrive at Kayangan Port and continue driving down to the scenic coastal area of Senggigi (approx. 2.5 hours).
Enjoy lunch and dinner at selected local restaurants and check in to your hotel in Senggigi.

Day 05: Full Day Tour Gili Trawangan (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

08:30 AM: Drive to Teluk Nare and cross via a private speedboat to the beautiful shores of Gili Trawangan.
Spend your day exploring the island—relax on the white sandy beaches, swim in crystal-clear waters, or opt for personal activities like renting bicycles, hiring horse carriages, snorkeling, or booking glass-bottom boat tours (activities on personal expense).
Enjoy lunch at a beachfront restaurant.
In the afternoon, cruise back to Teluk Nare and stop along the coastal highway at Malimbu Hill to enjoy sweeping views of the three Gili islands and Bali's Mount Agung.
Shop for authentic Lombok souvenirs (pearls, t-shirts, local snacks) before enjoying dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 06: Transfer Out (Breakfast)

Breakfast at the hotel and check out.
Transfer comfortably to Lombok International Airport for your departure flight back home.

Terms & Conditions

Validity: Net Agent Rates are valid until 20 December 2026 (LOW SEASON).
Child Rates (02 – 10 Years): 100% sharing room with adults, 90% with an extra bed setup, and 60% with no bed setup. Infants under 2 years are Free of Charge (FOC).
Group FOC Policy: Minimum 15 adults paying full fare = 1 FOC Twin-share spot; Minimum 20 adults paying full fare = 1 FOC Single room slot.
Force Majeure Notice: Itineraries and sea crossings may change or shift at any time due to sudden marine weather conditions or structural safety factors.

Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy

Payment Schedule:

Down Payment (DP): A 40% DP is required upon confirmation to lock ground arrangements. This must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival, after which an official invoice is generated via email.
If the 40% DP fails to reach the account within 7 days prior to arrival, the tour is automatically canceled.
Balance Payment: The full remaining balance must be completely settled no later than 3 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 10 days before arrival: No additional fees or penalties apply for guest-requested cancellations.
Less than 10 days before arrival (after DP paid): Only a 10% refund of the total down payment received will be issued.
Last-minute cancellation (after full payment): Strictly treated as confirmed; no refund will be issued.
