5D4N Labuan Bajo Liveaboard Itinerary

• Upon arrival at Komodo Airport Labuan Bajo, meet and greet with our professional guide.
• Enjoy a direct private land transfer to your hotel for check-in.
• Spend the remainder of your day at leisure—relax by the hotel pool or explore the town at your own pace (lunch and dinner today are on your own expense).

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• 10:00 am: Check out from the hotel and take our shuttle directly to the harbor to step on board your deluxe Phinisi boat.
• Set sail to Kelor Island (30 mins) for a short, rewarding hike up the hillside to admire the views and go snorkeling.
• Continue cruising to Manjarite Island for pristine swimming and reef snorkeling.
• Enjoy a freshly prepared lunch on the boat while sailing to Kalong Island.
• Drop anchor at Kalong Island to watch a spectacular tropical sunset as thousands of giant fruit bats emerge from the mangrove forest.
• Enjoy a delicious dinner and spend your first night sleeping on board the boat.

• Enjoy an early morning cruise to Padar Island while watching the sunrise on the water.
• Hike 30 minutes up to the legendary summit of Padar Island to capture world-famous views of the three-colored bays.
• Return to the boat for breakfast, then proceed to Komodo Island for a 2-hour guided wildlife trek with a local park ranger to see the giant Komodo Dragons.
• Cruise over to the spectacular shoreline of Pink Beach for an afternoon lunch on the boat and pristine beach snorkeling.
• Sail to the tiny sandbar island of Taka Makassar for swimming, followed by an unforgettable snorkeling safari at Manta Point to seek out wild manta rays.
• Cruise to Siaba Island to drop anchor, enjoy a fresh dinner, and spend your second night on the boat.

• After breakfast, jump into the clear waters of Siaba Island for a morning snorkeling session to seek out wild sea turtles.
• Enjoy your final lunch prepared on the boat as you sail back to the mainland.
• 11:00 am: Arrive at Labuan Bajo harbor, bid farewell to the boat crew, and take a direct transfer to check in to your mainland hotel.
• Enjoy a completely free afternoon program for resting or final shopping (dinner tonight is free and easy at your own expense, or add an optional local dinner at RM 80/pax).

Terms & Conditions

• Validity: Net Agent Rates are valid until 20 December 2026 (LOW SEASON).
• Child Rates (02 – 10 Years): 100% sharing room with adults, 90% with an extra bed setup, and 60% with no bed setup. Infants under 2 years are Free of Charge (FOC).
• Group FOC Policy: Minimum 15 adults paying full fare = 1 FOC Twin-share spot; Minimum 20 adults paying full fare = 1 FOC Single room slot.
• Force Majeure Notice: Itineraries and sea departures may change or adjust at any time due to unforeseen weather conditions, natural elements, or harbor master safety regulations.
• Room & Vessel Bookings: Ship and hotel cabin space availability is strictly based on occupancy standing at the exact time of confirmation. Rates are subject to change if government park regulations alter entrance fees.

Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy

• Down Payment (DP): A 40% DP is required upon confirmation to secure the cruise cabins and land transport. This must be settled no later than 10 days before arrival, after which an invoice is generated via email.
• If the 40% DP fails to reach the account within 7 days prior to arrival, the tour is auto-canceled.
• Balance Payment: The full remaining balance must be completely settled no later than 3 days before arrival.

• More than 10 days before arrival: No additional fees or penalties apply for guest-requested cancellations.
• Less than 10 days before arrival (after DP paid): Only a 10% refund of the total down payment received will be issued.
• Last-minute cancellation (after full payment): Strictly treated as confirmed; no refund will be issued.
