4D3N Labuan Bajo Itinerary

• Upon arrival at Komodo Airport Labuan Bajo, meet and greet with our professional guide.
• Proceed directly to Amelia Hill for a scenic afternoon hike to catch one of the best panoramic sunset views in Labuan Bajo.
• Enjoy a delightful dinner at a selected local restaurant.
• Transfer to the hotel for check-in and overnight stay.

• Early morning breakfast at the hotel (breakfast box preference highly recommended).
• 05:40 – 06:15 am: Hotel pickup and direct transfer to the harbor for speedboat check-in.
• 07:00 am: Set sail on a shared speedboat for a legendary island-hopping cruise:
  • Hike to the famous mountain ridge viewpoint of Padar Island.
  • Swim, snorkel, and relax along the unique shoreline of Pink Beach.
  • Go trekking through Komodo Island to witness wild Komodo Dragons.
  • Walk along the tiny shifting sand island of Taka Makassar.
  • Snorkeling at Manta Point to seek out majestic manta rays.
• Enjoy an included lunch box served on board.
• 04:30 – 05:00 pm: Arrive back at Labuan Bajo harbor and transfer back to your hotel for a free evening program (dinner tonight is free and easy by your own arrangement).

• 09:00 am: Meet your guide at the hotel lobby to begin a comprehensive mainland city tour:
  • Board a local boat for approximately 30 minutes to visit Goa Rangko, a hidden sea cave where you can swim in a natural pool and take photos.
  • Journey to Melo Village, a highland cultural village offering incredible panoramic views over Labuan Bajo and Komodo National Park.
  • Stroll through the Weaving House to see traditional NTT textile weaving processes and enjoy Flores coffee by the rice fields (coffee at personal expense).
  • Explore Mirror Stone Cave (Batu Cermin), a natural dark rock cave tunnel where sunlight creates mirror-like reflection patterns.
• Stop for premium local souvenir and snack hunting at Kadobajo Souvenir Shop.
• Enjoy lunch and dinner at selected local restaurants before returning to the hotel.

Terms & Conditions

• Validity: Net Agent Rates are valid until 20 December 2026 (LOW SEASON).
• Child Rates (02 – 10 Years): 100% sharing room with adults, 90% with an extra bed setup, and 60% with no bed setup. Infants under 2 years are Free of Charge (FOC).
• Group FOC Policy: Minimum 15 adults paying full fare = 1 FOC Twin-share spot; Minimum 20 adults paying full fare = 1 FOC Single room slot.
• Force Majeure Notice: Itineraries and sea departures may change or adjust at any time due to unforeseen weather conditions, natural elements, or harbor master safety regulations.
• Room & Vessel Bookings: Ship and hotel cabin space availability is strictly based on occupancy standing at the exact time of confirmation. Rates are subject to change if government park regulations alter entrance fees.

Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy

• Down Payment (DP): A 40% DP is required upon confirmation to secure the cruise cabins and land transport. This must be settled no later than 10 days before arrival, after which an invoice is generated via email.
• If the 40% DP fails to reach the account within 7 days prior to arrival, the tour is auto-canceled.
• Balance Payment: The full remaining balance must be completely settled no later than 3 days before arrival.

• More than 10 days before arrival: No additional fees or penalties apply for guest-requested cancellations.
• Less than 10 days before arrival (after DP paid): Only a 10% refund of the total down payment received will be issued.
• Last-minute cancellation (after full payment): Strictly treated as confirmed; no refund will be issued.
