Experience Overview

Northern India rewards slow travellers. The journey begins in Delhi, where a warm welcome and a short night make the transition east effortless. Day two takes you to Chandigarh, India's first planned city, designed with symmetry, greenery and public art that few Indian cities can match. The famous Rock Garden swims in recycled stone, and Sukhna Lake shimmers against the low slopes of the Shivalik range.

From there the road climbs into the Himalayas. Manali welcomes you with cedar forests, rushing rivers and hidden shrines. Old Manali village feels almost unchanged, with pine-covered slopes around every corner. A short walk to Jogini Falls rewards you with one of the prettiest waterfalls in the region.

Shimla, the former summer capital of colonial India, is the grand finale. Cobbled alleys, gothic churches and echoing heritage areas keep the mountain resort nostalgic. Sights at Chail, Kufri and Naldehra that ring the town you can ski, toboggan or just stare at the snow peaks.
