The next break is the Term 2 holiday: 28 August to 5 September 2026 for Group A, and 29 August to 6 September 2026 for Group B.
Group A has a 9-day break from 28 August to 5 September and reopens on 6 September. Group B has a 9-day break from 29 August to 6 September and reopens on 7 September.
Group A follows a Sunday school-week start and covers Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu. Group B follows a Monday start and covers all other states and federal territories.
Group A is Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu. Group B is Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak, Perlis, Penang, Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Putrajaya.
The year-end holiday begins on 4 December 2026 for Group A and 5 December for Group B. Both breaks end on 31 December 2026.
