We are officially documenting and disclosing a serious matter involving Islamic Cruise Malaysia - Pelayaran Islamik® (Company Registration: 201901037587 (1346917-H)) and its associated leadership.
Since January 2026, ZFB Travel has encountered significant irregularities regarding the fulfillment of travel bookings and the remittance of refunds by the aforementioned entity. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these financial discrepancies, the management of Islamic Cruise Malaysia has remained unresponsive and is currently unreachable (MIA).
Action Taken by ZFB Travel:

Consumer Protection: To uphold our commitment to our clients, ZFB Travel has independently funded and processed refunds for all affected customers who booked this package through us.

Regulatory Engagement: We have formally brought this matter to the attention of MOTAC (Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture) for further regulatory review.

Legal & Police Cooperation: We are currently assisting the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) and fraud investigation departments regarding the handling of booking funds by this provider.
ZFB Travel maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward operational misconduct and will continue to work with the authorities to ensure the integrity of the Malaysian tourism industry is upheld.
