  • Adult Fare Standing: Full adult pricing applies to all participants aged 10 years and above.
  • Child Pricing Rules (5 to 9 Years): Eligible for a 50% discount if sharing existing bedding (without extra bed) or a 25% discount if booked with a dedicated extra bed setup.
  • Infants (Under 5 Years): Completely Free of Charge (FOC).

  Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy

  Payment Schedule:
  • Down Payment (DP): A 40% DP is required upon confirmation to guarantee ground assets and ticket inventory, no later than 10 days before arrival. An official invoice will be issued via email.
  • If the 40% DP fails to reach the account within 7 days prior to arrival, the booking will automatically be considered canceled.
  • Balance Payment: The full remaining balance must be completely settled no later than 3 days before arrival in Vietnam.
  Cancellation Policy:
  • More than 10 days before arrival: No additional fees or penalties apply for guest-requested cancellations.
  • Less than 10 days before arrival (after DP paid): Only a 10% refund of the total down payment received will be issued.
  • Last-minute cancellation (after full payment): Strictly treated as finalized and confirmed; no refund will be issued.
