Day 01: Jakarta Arrival – Puncak (Lunch, Dinner)

Proceed directly to the cool highlands of Puncak via the highway (approx. 2-hour drive).

Have a delightful dinner at a local restaurant before checking in to your hotel in Puncak.

Day 02: Safari Park – Bandung (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Breakfast at the hotel and check out.
Embark on an incredible open-air wildlife drive through the famous Safari Park (Taman Safari).
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Proceed to Bandung via a scenic 3-hour highland mountain drive, making a beautiful photo stop at Puncak Tea Mountain Resort.

Terms & Conditions

Validity: Net Agent Rates are strictly valid until 20 December 2026 (LOW SEASON).
Room Setups: Twin / Triple sharing accommodations (02 / 03 persons in a room).
Child Rates (02 – 10 Years): 100% sharing room with adults, 90% with an extra bed setup, and 60% with no bed setup.
Infants (Under 02 years old): Free of Charge (FOC).
Free Of Charge (FOC) Policy: Minimum 15 Paying Adults grants 01 FOC Twin Share spot; Minimum 20 Paying Adults grants 01 FOC Single Room slot.
Surcharges: Seasonal peak surcharges apply during Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas, and New Year periods.
Price Fluctuations: Rates are subject to adjustments due to international currency exchange fluctuations.

Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy

Payment Schedule:

Down Payment (DP): A 40% DP is required upon confirmation to guarantee the ground tour arrangement. This must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival, after which an official invoice will be issued via email.
If the 40% DP is not received within 7 days prior to the tour date, the booking will automatically be considered canceled.
Balance Payment: The full remaining balance must be completely settled no later than 3 days before the guest’s arrival in Indonesia.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 10 days before arrival: No additional charges or penalties apply for cancellations requested by the guest.
Less than 10 days before arrival (after DP paid): Only a 10% refund of the total amount already paid will be issued.
Last-minute cancellation (after full payment): The tour is considered fully finalized and confirmed; no refund will be issued.
