• Upon arrival at the airport or ferry terminal, meet and greet your tour guide.
• Start your Batam City Tour with a visit to the Barelang Bridge, the grand icon of the city.
• Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.
• Continue the tour by visiting the Welcome to Batam sign, Dataran Engku Putri, Agung Batam Mosque, and the King Ali Museum.
• Spend your afternoon shopping at Nagoya Hill and Grand Mall Batam.
• Indulge in an authentic dinner at a local seafood restaurant before checking in to your hotel.

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Proceed to Telaga Punggur Harbour and depart for Bintan Island by speedboat.
• Start your Bintan exploration at the beautiful Gurun Pasir (Desert), Telaga Biru (Blue Lake), and make a photo stop at the Kura-Kura Statue.
• Enjoy lunch at a local Bintan restaurant.
• Visit Lagoi Bay and Treasure Bay—home to one of the largest swimming pools in Southeast Asia (Optional entry ticket at RM 35/pax).
• Return to Batam by speedboat.

Terms & Conditions

• Validity: Net Agent Rates are strictly valid until 20 December 2026 (LOW SEASON).
• Child Rates (02 – 10 Years): 100% sharing room with adults, 90% with an extra bed, and 60% with no bed.
• Infants (Under 02 years old): Free of Charge (FOC).
• Free Of Charge (FOC) Policy: Minimum 15 Paying Adults grants 01 FOC Twin Share; Minimum 20 Paying Adults grants 01 FOC Single Room.
• Surcharges: Seasonal surcharges apply during Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas, and New Year periods.
• Price Fluctuations: Rates are subject to adjustments due to currency exchange fluctuations.

Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy

• Down Payment (DP): A 40% DP is required upon confirmation to guarantee the tour. This must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival, after which an invoice will be issued via email.
• If the DP is not received within 7 days prior to the tour, the booking will automatically be considered canceled.
• Balance Payment: The full remaining balance must be completely settled no later than 3 days before the guest’s arrival in Indonesia.

• More than 10 days before arrival: No additional charges apply for cancellations requested by the guest.
• Less than 10 days before arrival (after DP paid): Only a 10% refund of the amount already paid will be issued.
• Last-minute cancellation (after full payment): The tour is considered finalized and no refund will be issued.
