Do All Travellers Need E-CD?

Yes, all passengers (including foreign citizens and Indonesian nationals) entering Indonesia are mandatory required to complete the Electronic Customs Declaration (E-CD) before arrival.

What Information Should You Have Ready?

• Check Auto-Gates Eligibility: Malaysian passport holders are eligible to use Indonesia's automated clearance lanes (Autogates) at major airports like Jakarta (CGK) and Bali (DPS), provided you hold an electronic passport (e-passport) and your All Indonesia Arrival Card is successfully submitted beforehand!
• Keep Data Roaming Ready: Ensure your roaming data or Indonesia eSIM is active right before you hit immigration, just in case you need to pull up your digital QR code or email confirmation.
