Tour Executive (Inbound)

At ZFB Travel Sdn Bhd, we are expanding our inbound tourism team and looking for a passionate and motivated Tour Executive to manage and grow our inbound travel operations in Malaysia.

Job Scope

• Handle inbound tour enquiries from overseas agents and direct customers
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and tour packages
• Coordinate hotel bookings, transport, guides, meals, and attractions
• Communicate with suppliers and travel partners
• Monitor tour operations and ensure smooth travel arrangements
• Assist customers before, during, and after tours
• Work closely with the sales and operations team
• Support FIT and group tour arrangements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
• Experience in travel industry is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to use Microsoft Office
• Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Driving license and willing to travel

Basic salary starts from RM2,000 with EPF & SOCSO. With commissions and incentives, potential monthly earnings can reach RM5,000 or more depending on performance.
