Internship Programme (Paid) – Tourism Students (4–6 Months)

Internship Scope & Responsibilities

As a Tourism Intern, you will get the opportunity to learn and contribute across multiple departments, including:

1. Lead Management & Customer Relations

• Assist with managing incoming enquiries (WhatsApp, email, social media).

• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Support the sales team in preparing quotations and itineraries.

2. Tour Product Development

• Help research and create travel packages for outbound, inbound, and custom tours.

• Work with our tour consultants to update pricing, itineraries, and marketing materials.

• Research travel trend.

3. Tour Operations & Coordination

• Support the operations team in preparing travel documents for customers.

• Coordinate with hotels, transport companies, and partners.

• Learn how to conduct airport duty and handle group departures.

• Assist in managing tour schedules and vendor communication.

4. Learning & Development

Throughout the internship, you will be exposed to:

• Real tour operations workflow

• Airport handling procedures

• Ground arrangement coordination

• Customer experience improvement

• Travel insurance, ticketing knowledge, and more

You will also receive guidance, training, and performance feedback throughout your internship.

Duration

4 to 6 months (full-time, work-from-office)
Intake available throughout 2026.
