Inbound Operations Executive

At ZFB Travel Sdn Bhd, we are expanding our inbound tourism team and looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inbound Operations Executive to coordinate and manage tour arrangements for international visitors travelling to Malaysia.

This role focuses on ensuring that every tour operates smoothly, from confirming bookings and coordinating suppliers to supporting guests throughout their journey.

Job Scope

• Coordinate inbound tour arrangements for FIT and group bookings
• Confirm hotel accommodation, transportation, tour guides, meals, attractions, and other travel services
• Prepare booking confirmations, rooming lists, tour files, vouchers, and operational documents
• Communicate with hotels, transport providers, restaurants, guides, attractions, and other suppliers
• Check booking details, schedules, and special requests before guest arrival
• Prepare and brief tour guides, drivers, and suppliers on tour requirements
• Monitor tours before, during, and after the travel period
• Provide operational support to customers, tour leaders, guides, and overseas agents
• Ensure all tour arrangements are delivered according to the confirmed itinerary
• Maintain accurate booking records, supplier information, and operational reports
• Work closely with the sales, reservation, and finance teams
• Support the development and improvement of inbound tour operations

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
• Experience in tour operations, travel agencies, hospitality, or tourism is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to use Microsoft Office, email, and online booking systems
• Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple bookings
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work outside normal office hours when tours require assistance
• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel when required

Salary

Basic salary starts from RM2,000, with EPF and SOCSO.

With commissions and performance incentives, potential monthly earnings can reach RM5,000 or more, depending on individual and company performance.
